I can’t speak to the in-person experience, but as a remote buyer, I asked directly about the cosmetic condition and was told the car was immaculate. After delivery, I discovered multiple cosmetic issues that should have been addressed or clearly disclosed in advance. If you’re purchasing from out of state, I strongly recommend seeing the vehicle in person or having someone you trust inspect it thoroughly.
