We bought a new truck from Trevor and he was awesome! Super friendly and helpful throughout the process and even great follow up after to make sure everything was good.
The absolute worst experience I’ve had with having my vehicle serviced, ever. From the price gouging to the tech saying “my car is a project car” .. Three five point inspections and $4000 later only three days after picking up my car for the third time, now it’s not starting and the check engine light is back on. I am absolutely disgusted. Will not be returning; worst experience we have had at any autoshop. While we were patient and kind, during this whole fiasco, what we paid and dealt with is something we cannot just ignore, and if available would appreciate speaking with the General Manager. I bought a Chevy Silverado from you guys. Alex, the rep was extremely positive. Looking back that explains some stuff because he only wanted to complete the sale and get his commission. He said "yes" when he should've said no and after completing the sale my problems started. First the engine needed to be replaced, that took them 3 weeks after I had paid the down payment. Had an appointment to drop off my car on a Saturday. Six days passed without any contact or update about a basic diagnostic to determine what service was needed. After 48 hours passed I left messages that went unreturned. On the sixth day I had to insist on speaking to a live person who said they would call me back with status but they never did.
