was there last week to have an axel seal replaced, and was told they couldn't work on the vehicle for two reasons,1 the truck was "too rusty" and 3 because it was apparently unsafe to drive, but instead of offering to fix my truck they just sent me out the door, because they didn't know how much everything would cost even though the technicians are paid flat rate and they know the cost of the parts. but wouldn't give a price to have it fixed, by far the worst gm service I've ever had
