This plumbing company is a joke. They absolutely do not keep their word on when they will arrive.
Absolutely pathetic to make a service call with this guy only to have him call us laughing about forgetting all about us. Thats right he actually had the gull to laugh about not showing up to a call he scheduled. 25 hours after he scheduled our service call for our leaking toilet this guy calls and laughs about forgetting about his scheduled customer. We didn't find a thing in the world funny about not hearing from this guy. My advice, is to go to anyone but this guy. If he can't be trusted to show up and at the very least, ... read more
We made an appointment for Ed to be at our house at a certain time and he showed up on time. He took care of our problems and cleaned up when he was finished. We paid a fair price for his time and materials. We are very satisfied with this business.
