I contacted Ed Smith after my condos had been on the market for one year; amazingly, he listed, marketed, and sold them in less than 45 days! Initially, I received a little book in the mail from him and Teri and read it, called them, and by golly, they did everything they said in their sales booklet. I was so impressed that I would definitely call him again when I have real estate needs! He was personable, professional, and responsive to every need.
