Zero Stars (if I could): Hand delivered the home to Ed to where he made two phone calls! We closed on the house and he was handed a check from the seller to fix the radon system in the house which he gave to HIS GUY to fix who never completed the job. Now I have the seller demanding receipts or status on the repair and Ed and HIS GUY won't answer their phones or respond back to the seller!
