I didn't mind Dr. Jiang, (tho she kept telling us not to take our daughter out in public when she was fully healthy and it was her 9 month check up.) It was the staff that was one of the reasons we have now chosen to switch doctors. We had to reschedule our one year check up. They refused to cancel our appoint and refused to reschedule our appoint when we called. They told us that we had to miss the appointment, with out canceling and that we needed to call back on a Saturday to reschedule. The man who was on the phone was v... read more
Very friendly staff and doctor. Dr. Jiang is not only a good doctor, but a good educator. Her vaccine-friendly policy and philosophy on health education is an asset.
Dr. Jiang is a very experienced doctor. She is patient, knowledgeable and communicates well with kids. When I have questions about my kids health, she always calls me back herself and answers all the questions in detail. The office is nice and bright with lots of kids books and toys. I highly recommend Hills Pediatrics.
