Absolutely appalled at the lack of care for patients in Geelong ! (and the wonderful staff) First a couple of weeks ago the hours of opening reduced with one days notice making it difficult to attend. Then today find out they are closing permanently in around 10 days. I am mid way through treatment that I have been attending since October I have paid $400 for consultation that is done with a email from Dr Shobhan Manoharan. STEROID WARNING I was hopeful for my skin condition (eczema) when I started UVB therapy and topical treatment prescribed as the clinic appeared very experienced. Nina the dermatology assistant was very helpful and caring during the appointments as well as the receptionists. At my 6 week review, my skin was actually getting worse, I voiced my concern and also mentioned that my skin condition was spreading to newly affected areas such as my scalp. Since I was a baby, I've struggled with eczema all my life. There was not a day that went by where I was not scratching at my skin. However this year it took a turn for the worse and has been causing me to wake up because of how itchy I was and affecting my sleep more than usual.
