I think this business is definitely dubious- . I book an appointment, with a Dermatologist assistant (not even a dermatologist). They take your $200. After just simply taking mobile phone photo’s. They then don’t contact you with any results. Then claim they can’t help you… I’m awaiting refund as I write this. I suspect that this business, if it is not either 1) Fraudulent, then 2) it is extremely unprofessional.
Went to a consultation really hoping to help my skin and try something new. I paid $200 for the consultation and was told to do UVB in a written letter from a dermatologist, who I never met. I told them that I had to wait to start my UVB therapy due to not being able to get to the clinic 3 days a week due to work location/commitments. They told me this was fine and told me to call up when I was ready to begin my treatments.
