AVOID THIS PLACE! I've made a mistake putting my mother in this place. We’ve consistently experienced MAJOR issues with this place. 1). The staff DO NOT respond to emergency call lights (often a 45 min - 2hr delay in response time). This resulted in my mother having to call me or 911 multiple times to assist her in emergency situations while the staff does nothing.
