I would say you don't get everything that you are told you will have. If you don't need much assistance, it is ok. But, when the resident is supposed to be getting help with walking, the wheelchair is easier. Doesn't help the residents who need that walk. It isn't always the aides fault, it is the nurse telling them how they want things done. And watch your billing. There are always extra charges.
Our family couldn't ask for a better place for Grandma D (Helen Dahl) to be! Lakeview Commons is so beautiful and clean! The staff are all friendly and nice! They are constantly doing fun things everyday! Gram just said I am so lucky to be here! That makes a world of difference knowing she's happy and is getting taken care of very well....did I mention that the food and desserts are so delicious! Thank you everyone for the great jobs you are doing and being so caring! Patti Mystrom
