The outstanding people to work with, very professional and knowledgeable about my Mercedes. My ignition switch was locked and they fixed it with half hour and they can also tune and type of Mercedes to make it run faster and you are saving on gas or diesel.

Communication has been ridiculously bad. Sent part to be flashed in May. After 2 months of sending emails,text,and voice mail I contacted Better Business Bureau and that got companies attention. They said on July 17 they would send the part back since they couldn't fix it. Month later and no return of part or my emails. It was a $300 part I sent so now it looks like they have stolen the part. And they will somehow blame all this on me. 🙄
My experience with them replacing my ECU by cloning was very helpful. My car started right up without any issues. These guys are the best. Just need to communicate in detail unlike others that I see on these Reviews. I’m from California. And I’m not a bot or do I represent this company , thanks ECU team!
This has been a very bad experience trying to get a Mercedes ECM Fixed. When I first called them Edward was their salesman and promised the world. 2 day turn around and fixing this ecm is our specialty. I expressed shipped him the module. After two weeks of no communication, and I was trying to call him several times a day he finally came to the phone and made an excuse that the ECU could not be repaired.
