Scammers. I shipped an ecu and mcu from Illinois. They contacted me 2 weeks later to say it was not repairable but they could get a reman from Europe. We are now 4 months later and they will not answer calls, texts or emails. I’m out cash and my original ecu and mcu.
Had trouble finding a shop to program my Vw Passat gateway module..and came across these guy,and they got the job done in a timely manner!..for computer coding and programming I highly recommend!…
Hardly ever open, not extremely honest about timeframe on done product! Still waiting for fixed ECU which is well over a month late to be completed! Will come back and edit if things turn out good, but as of right now I would never recommend this shop!
Avoid this shop at all costs. This has easily been one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had with a business. After taking our money and our items, they completely disappeared for months with zero communication, zero updates, and zero professionalism. Every attempt to contact them was ignored until they finally responded with excuses and false promises claiming the work was “finished.” That was a complete lie. These guys saved me a ton of money on a Ferrari when the dealer wanted tens of thousands for the parts yet couldn't program them because they don't support software on older models, they just want to sell you another Ferrari. Car runs great and is finally back to normal. Thanks ECU Team!
