I had a broken molar, needed a crown. Female supervisor and student advised me that the tooth could not be saved, it needed to be extracted. Told me, very arrogantly and condescendingly, it would be unethical for her to tell me any differently. I was heartbroken. I didn't want to lose that tooth. I did not have the work done that day.
