I experienced a significant hardship related to my dental care that created both financial strain and emotional stress. In short, all noise. It is a high chance, you will be their next victim. I had some work done in 2019 in Bolivia, NC. I needed more work done and started calling in February. I finally got someone to call me back Rhonda in March. She told me I had a closed file, and it was locked. I was taken back by this, I paid everything I needed to. Turns out, I had a balance. I wasn't contacted at all. So, I contacted Greenville. I know it's a school setting but from the first visit, I told them I want partial upper. Did the impressions and was told the next appointment would be for us to come up with a game plan.... I said the plan has been in place since day one... Then was told I needed gingivitis treatment and filling before I could get dentures.... needless to say I'm at Affordable dentures today.... 1 day .. impressions and dentures .

Worst place you visit, I went for almost two years. Finally having all my teeth pull and got dentures. They didn’t fit and I was told well you can go with implant. Never tried to correct their mistake. Never even contact me with follow up appt. I have call and no response. I filled cheated after the money me and my insurance paid them for nothing.

ECU doctors and staff are incompetent and are not fully up to date with certain medical treatments and practices.

They treated my adult son with autism TERRIBLY. THEY ARE VERY MEAN and do not know how to deal with adult with special needs

ANYTHING LABELED ECU IS CRAP. THE STAFF IS CLUELESS, UNORGANIZED, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND DISFUNCTIONAL. CAN'T EVEN GET A FOLLOW UP APPOINTMENT FOR MY DAUGHTER'S SURGERY!! I WAS LEFT A TEXT MESSAGE TO SCHEDULE AND WHEN I CALLED THE NUMBER I WAS GIVEN THE STAFF ACTED AS IF THEY HAD NO IDEA WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT. JUST COMPLETE IDIOTS.
