This is the worst office I have ever been to. It takes months to get in, then when you do, it's horrible. They never requsted records from my previous doctor so they had no clue about my history except the info I brought in. Which come to find out they never even entered into the system. Dr. Moore questioned me as to why I wanted to see a specialist(s); when I'm on medication specific to it! He also argued with me about my daughter getting a referral to a specialist to address a medical issue! They don't call in meds, so you... read more

The receptionist in the Bucaneer module needs a lesson in common courtesy or needs a new job. The most miserable ignorant person I've encountered in customer service in a long time. I hope the new year brings her a new attitude.

I called to ask a question fir my disable mim. The lady was so unprofessional. They read need to offer customer service skills to certain people. It makes no sense. If you don't want to work with the public. Fnd another job. Mist jobs deals with people regardless. I learned this at an early age.
