Had to come out of pocket before our newborn was covered by insurance for services in April 2023. Once insurance picked up the bill, in June 2023, we requested that the out of pocket cost be refunded to us. It is now November of 2023 and still no update, still no refund, still nothing except a run around every-time I call.
