Ridiculous!!!!!! My child has been a patient here for 8/9 years and we’ve never had issues with this place. All my child needed was a form stating she doesn’t need medication before getting a cleaning, you would think I’m asking them for something that they don’t typically do every day possibly. Dr Steed and his office are easily offended when you are educated and advocate for your child. Reasons for switching my kid off a medication that works specifically for that problem to something different typically used for a different issue that she doesn’t have with greater side effects: “that’s what he prefers to use.” Embarrassing that his nurse even gave me that explanation. Dr. Steed is my favorite! Love that man! God fearing man! The staff are amazing, very nice and very professional.
Very pleased with this office. Staff were friendly. They knew how to talk to my 5 year old daughter so that she wouldn't be so scared. They did a thorough evaluation and then the Doctor came in and took her time to explain everything to us and answered all of our questions. The wait time was not long. The entire appointment took an hour. That was including an echo and ekg. Will definately stick with this office.
I spoke with Lisa after she was rude to my fiance requarding my finances medicines and she was rude to me as well n handed the phone back to my fiance n then wanted to aploguze to me bdcause she treated with the most disrespect ever.
