On Saturday June 27th I scheduled a 9:00 am appointment Sunday with a highly rated Urgent Care in Washington NC.As I drove to the appointment, the office called to inform me that they closed for the day. Since I felt unwell, I decided to go ECU Health Urgent Care. It turned out to be a great move! Registration went smoothly and I was immedietly called back for my vitals. The staff were on edge. The doctor I saw was dismissive and rude. I had a uti and was in a lot of pain. She came in the room texting. Told me I had a uti and she was giving me antibiotics and had to switch antibiotics because my insurance didn’t cover it. Which is a lie. Those were the only words she said to me. Then the visit was over in less than a minute. She didn’t explain anything to me. She also left texting. She gave me three days of the cheapest antibiotics.
