Want to send a Thank you out to your staff, They came in our home and help with William Shifflett in his last days and got him all the supplies and equipment needed to make him as comfortable as possible. Very friendly and helpful at this most difficult time. Thank you!
Just want to thank the nursing staff for the care of my love one, showing up in the middle of the night when called, and supporting the family and friends during and after the passing of my loved one
I am very disappointed that my Mom picked this Hospice. She only got one bath this week and nurse only comes once a week. Mom has been nauseated with gagging and throwing up for over 2 months. Dr. Pate can't get this under control. She is miserable, feels terrible all the time. Thought Mom was supposed to be kept comfortable. She is not. Don't seem anyone seems to care that much that she stays nauseated and terrible.Also, think this Hospice is short staffed.
Vidant Hospice was the worst experience for my mother. I call them the death buzzers. They are not even worthy to be call death angels.
