Was refered by my primary. I received 1 call from a coordinator on January 29th. I was at work and unable to answer. I called back an hour later, the coordinator wasn't available so the person I spoke with said they would leave a message for them. Never got a call back. I called a week later to try again. There were notes on my account saying that they spoke to me about the appointment and paperwork I needed to fill out beforehand. I told the person I didn't speak to anyone and to please have someone call me because idk what... read more
