I just had the WORST customer service from a associate at the Orlando Florida branch. Marilyn has the WORST Attitude. This lady laughed in my face not once but twice! I have NEVER had this type of service from ECU. And will make it a point to let people know NOT to use ECU CREDIT UNION. There are PLENTY of FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS that will provide you with GREAT customer service!

I really enjoy the services ECU Cedit Union supports. The personnel at the Bryan Dairy facility are friendly and efficient. The credit unions website layout is easy to manuver. I have been a member since 1989.
