I used to LOVE the Education Credit Union and would swear by them for years, until the merger with WFCU. It went downhill FAST. They let go and forced retirement to a bunch of staff. A lot of new grads took their place. They used to know my name as soon as I walked in. Not anymore, which I find funny when they just announced that they're merging their names all under WFCU for good. What an unprofessional and Rude employee they have at this branch . Having Account with WFCU Nearly 3 years and Found one of the Best Bank in Ontario. Always Treated with Respect. But Today at this Branch I went to Deposit my Cheques to the Branch . At very Start She way to Rude the way she ask my Driving license depiste having debit card and the way she throw the card towards me that was disrespectful. After all this she told me she going to hold Cheques for 2 weeks when same company Cheques I am depositing from last 3 year... read more
