I came in asking for long “curtain bangs”. I showed her multiple reference photos. I asked if she knew how to cut that style of bangs before sitting down in her chair and she reassured me that she did. And clearly had no clue. My bangs are uneven/choppy and short. I could’ve done a better job myself. when I kindly expressed my feelings about not liking the haircut the lady just shrugged her shoulders. instead of offering someone else to fix it or at least a small Discount.
