Called, I believe her name was Sofi, was trying to ask something she didn’t even let me finish asking and she hung up on me. Tried contacting again and send me to voicemail. Her customer service was not professional what’s so ever. This keeps customers away which is sad..

ECS installed an absolutely horrific roof on our brand new construction residential home. We had an independent inspector come out and evaluate and said it should be completely removed and redone. Our brand new roof was also leaking. In Wisconsin contractors have the “right to repair” so we had to allow them to fix it. After months of silence from Josh, he finally got in touch with my builder and sent out a crew. Despite the recommendation of a complete removal and replacement, Josh decided to repair it.
