I found ECS with a google search and their reviews were decent. They seemed like the only game in town. I wish I didn't feel compelled to write a negative review of them, as the installation went mostly as promised, and the system is working, though I’m not sure if I’m getting the promised efficiency. To be fair, the house is new to me, so I don’t have a history of utility bills against which to compare it to.
