I can't say enough about my 2 year experience at ECS. I came in to work with Ed and had very little core muscle tone after a back surgery a few years prior. He is amazing! He is attentive to my needs and if at any point I feel like an exercise is going to bother me....he stops me right away to modify it. I have not thrown my back out in over a year. ECS is great...Its more than a gym it is a family! A great atmosphere from those whom work out to the trainers Ed and Kelly! Worth your time to check it out!
I've been coming to ECS for four months now and I've never been this consistent with exercise before. Ed keeps me motivated and I am in the best shape I have been in a very long time. It's a friendly atmosphere and there are people of all ages.
This gym is phenomenal. Whomever says otherwise has not experienced ECS. Don't listen to bad reviews. Those people obviously have too much time on their hands.
It's like no other gym I've ever been to before! Friendly service, life changing results and a beautiful facility! I love ECS Exercise! I'd never go anywhere else! Member for life! Don't listen to that negative review its completely untruthful.
I love the amazing results I've experienced! The staff is amazing and their compassionate and loving! ECS Exercise is really affordable and produces amazing results! It's like my second home! It's the cleanest gym you'll find in the Hudson Valley!
