We came all the way from Niagara-on-the-Lake. The staff was very nice and helpful. Definitely worth the drive and we will be coming back.
Spent some time at their Burlington store last week as I was in the market for a super automatic espresso machine. Wendy was very helpful and patient as we reviewed some of the machines that were on my short list. I have since purchased my first super automatic machine from ECS and am looking forward to having cafe quality drinks here at home! I would highly recommend this store to anyone that is considering investing in a high-end coffee experience. A lovely store full of all things that appeal to coffee lovers!
The staff is so helpful. I will go to them for my specialty parts. Fantastic service department.
