We have been ordering from ECS for a number of years, as they do have the best selection of kcups and usually at a reasonable price compared to other retailers, especially when they are on sale. Until our most recent order, everything has gone well. We placed an order on December 29th, and sent messages asking for an update on January 4th, and again on January 9th. The shipper, Postmedia Parcel Services, provided no updates on their site either, even though we are only one hour from the ECS location in Burlington/Hamilton. T... read more
As I write this review I am sitting down enjoying an ECS product that just arrived. I've always struggled to find this brand and it when I do it's rarely on sale. So you can imagine my delight when I came across ECS while surfing the net. They had my brand and it was on sale as well. After reading a number of the highly rated reviews I decided to take the sip.
