Please read until the end to understand why we am reading this review..... This could help you! We purchased the K2500 commercial Keurig through ECS Burlington machine in June 2023 for father's day. Before we purchased it, we were told that this machine was fixable should anything happen, this is the reason we chose this model. We purchased it without the side water container as we had water connection system before with the K150 ( lasted over 11 years). my 3 month old scale malfunctioned...was given a store credit.
If I could give ECS 6 stars, they deserve it. I know most people will skip to the negative reviews, but please don't. They have a life long customer in me. They have sold me two breville machines, one of which needed service and replacment, which ECS helped quarterback all of that. Every staff member I have worked with has been attentive and answered all of my questions, and trust me, I had a lot. Recently I have started buying their one point twenty one coffee (88MPH) which I love. Thank you ECS team!!
Never been to the store, always order online - I am in Canada, but not in the same province. All I can say is that it is by far the greatest coffee ever and the fastest delivery!! I placed my order April 1st in the afternoon, received it April 3rd like right after noon. The boxes are always well packed, coffee always fresh, I love the monthly specials and always wait for my favorites to go on sale and then buy a bunch of them. Would love to go in the shop one day!
