CHANGED FROM 1 STAR TO 4. I usually give companies the benefit of the doubt before I give a review. After speaking with Autumn and getting no where, my co-worker called a few days later and spoke with another manager who met us in the middle which was what I was hoping for, since the decals were cut from the estimate and even if they weren't, the insurance company would pay the list price from Lexus, which was $9.33. Not content with the order i placed. Order came about a week late and when i called about it the person who picked acted as if she didnt care and not her problem. Another issue is that they only offer 2 forms of payment. Either to fax over your full credit card info or to tell them the info over the phone. Initially when i was sent the faxing info it didnt even mention the amount that i had to pay. Another issue i had with them was when we had to gather info to make the label.
