Good product, quick turnaround. Some other similar vendors will give false price quotes on insurance claims that nearly double when you order. ECS is honest and up front every time.
They were 5 star all day long however I have had orders wrong with simple mistakes lately. Check your order when you receive! I kept the envelope closed as always till I was ready to deliver the restoration and the label was wrong and car to be delivered in 2 days! My fault for not checking but not my fault they were wrong with the invoice showing the correct one.

CHANGED FROM 1 STAR TO 4. I usually give companies the benefit of the doubt before I give a review. After speaking with Autumn and getting no where, my co-worker called a few days later and spoke with another manager who met us in the middle which was what I was hoping for, since the decals were cut from the estimate and even if they weren't, the insurance company would pay the list price from Lexus, which was $9.33.
