I was in so much pain every day & night with severe Adhesive Capsulitis (frozen shoulder). It was unbearable at times and I could not even sleep most nights. Excellent physical therapy center right here NE CT! The entire team, including the office staff, are very helpful. Both Bruce and Carl and very knowledgeable and awesome at the hands on PT. I will definitely be back after my shoulder surgery.
I had ACL & Meniscus repair. Anyone who has ever gone through this knows what a difficult recovery it is. I’ve have been in the bodywork business for a very long time which makes me a hard critic . This PT office is compassionate,knowledgeable, and professional .Keri & Kristi behind the desk are efficient and kind. To finish I could not have done this recovery with Karl. I have gone to ECRC for a long time and my experience there has always been positive. Christina Lacoe is the best outstanding She is knowledgeable, kind and is able to explain the rationale for what she is doing in layman’s terms. She uses both hands on and exercise modalities which I believe is the best for most problems.
