After purchasing in Groupon not once but shame on me twice I have been completely ignored by these guys and Groupon. No detail and no refund or response from them or Groupon. Scam business
Irresponsible and unprofessional! Don't waste your time. I bought a Groupon with this company for my husband for Father's day. I tried calling for 3 weeks with no answer and a full voicemail box. I tried their "contact us" section with no answer. I FINALLY got someone on the phone this morning and he said that they are "no longer with Groupon." Avoid getting ripped off by this company. 60$ to get 80% of your vehicle wiped down. The interior was lightly dusted. The exterior was still very dirty with every single dirty spot still intact. Rims still dirty, tiers splashed with armor-all. Exterior was supposed to be waxed and washed. Not waxed, maybe lightly wiped down. Was in a hurry and didn’t have time to wait more time after the almost 3 hours they had the vehicle. How does one get a refund?
