There are not enough good words available to say to Dr. Keogh and his team he has saved me from the very bottom and has brought me as close to the top as humanly possible. I have always and continue to receive excellent care from ECPC.
The specialists are great but the payment management is horrible. I have been due a refund (met my deductible and have had to get United Healthcare involved) since December. Still no reimbursement. Make sure you keep an eye on how you’re charged.
Today we experienced true apathy at this clinic. My mom took my grandfather for his appointment today scheduled for 11:00am. There was road construction on the route there, and they called the office to let them know they were going to be 5 minutes late. The tone on the phone was irritable. They arrived at 11:06, and were told he would have to reschedule his appointment, for being 6 minutes late.
