If you call Google certified then I guess they are "certified" Terrible experience. They even messed up and forgot to clear their search history on my computer of them trying to Google the solution. All they did at end was call to ask if I wanted to backup because they were gonna format it....that means "oh can't fix it better erase". If I wanted poor handling of the issue I would have handed it to geek squad.
