Got a report from Ian with infested termite on a photo supposed to be taken from the crawl space. I got a 2nd opinion from another company that is highly recommended on Yelp. It turned out the photo is bogus! On top of that, Ian used a screwdriver to poke into multiple door frames and window sills causing visible damage. So unprofessional.
