I used Ecoway for short-term storage while I was between moves, and the actual pickup part was straightforward. When it came time to retrieve my things, I showed up and moved everything out myself twelve heavy boxes, each around 60 lbs and got it done in one go. I’m really happy to recommend Ecoway Movers. The mover who helped with unloading was incredibly careful and patient, especially given the situation. My apartment items were shipped in a container, and it was clear the original packing had been rushed, which caused some issues during transit.
