These toilets have the worst possible design. You need to flush multiple times, and they clog constantly. Not worth the hassle. I'm thinking about taking mine to the dump and going back to a regular toilet.
I recently purchased a Smart Toilet from Ecoway Service, but unfortunately, the product did not meet my expectations in terms of quality. Great service.
I am very pleased with the product as well as the way the Ecoway team has handled some repairs. Appliances that use computer technology will occasionally fail. That’s a given. How a company remedies the issue is what distinguishes them from the others. Well done Ecoway.
I've had 2 minor issues with my Ecoway Lux toilet and the responses from the Ecoway support staff were tremendous. Very quick and solved my issues quickly! Very happy with their support.
