TOP CLASS SERVICE! I own 2 Ecoway Deluxe Smart Toilets, which are fantastic. I required service and warranty support for both toilets, and was offered an exceptional vendor-customer experience that must be recognized. The level of understanding, patience, care, and support has been TOP CLASS. The entire Ecoway team, including their service executive - Tony, their service technician - Eddie, and the entire team were outstanding. I had a Ecoway LUX smart toilet purchased and installed by my family in early 2024. I was diagnosed with cancer a number of months before. It was nothing but trouble from the beginning! Wouldn’t flush. Calling Ecoway to get a local plumber’s name to help me, they offer me a TICKET. I ran a 3/4” line directly from the supply to the house. Little to no help!! Ecoway offered to repair the toilet….. at their facility. I would have to pay the freight, one way. We had to flush with a pail. We would have to be without a toilet for ... read more
