I had a horrible experience. The toilets was defected. I called the supplier. They charged me almost $300 to send a service person to come and service their toilet after six months of purchasing the toilet. They came told me the problem was fixed. It was never fixed. I called them to replace the toilet. They refuse to replace the toilet. Malgré un produit discontinué, ils ont été très patients dans un long échange de courriel afin de mettre la main sur des pièces dans des boîtes déjà ouvertes. Au final, plutôt que de remplacer deux pièces brisées, ils m'ont permis de changer complètement le siège de mon bidet à un prix très abordable. Une fois la transaction effectuée, l'envoi a été très rapide. La pièce est en excellente état. Elle est déjà changée et pleinement fonctionnelle. Please avoid buying this product. After six months , it started making loud noise when operating. They only send a repairman to GTA area for warranty. If you live outside GTA you have to remove the seat yourself and ship it for repair which cost $169 + tax. They should mention this at the time of purchase. Very poor customer service.
