Had a tech come out to look at our Waterboss water softener. I explained to him that the dial for the service/bypass wouldn't turn as it seemed stuck. He hammered on it manually and got it to turn. From that it sprung a leak and he said "I believe it was already leaking from here and that's why you have excess water in your tank" I removed the top a couple days prior and there was no water on the basin rim or anywhere on the floor. So I ended up here after looking for filters for older reverse osmosis system. The staff was beyond great, super super helpful, polite, nice, and very informative. They didn't have what I was needing. BUT the 2 ladies went well out of their way. On helping me figure out where or who I should try on my quest of finding what I was looking for. I highly recommend this place for your water needs.
