Costco has led us astray with this company. Don’t get your filtered water system thru Costco bc this company has been so difficult to work with- takes 3-4 wks to fix a water leak in their system bc they “don’t have technicians in the peninsula of the Bay Area”. So inconvenient for families who need water— Will be making a PSA to all the mom grps of the peninsula to avoid at all cost.
Very bad customer service. Long waiting time and no response at all.
Michael lamborn came by to test out our water and was so awesome! To explain things to us..how bad our water was😑...It felt like an exciting science class 😁 he taught me so much ! Great customer service!! I want this guy to install My Eco water system~
