Been a customer for 30 years, never had a problem until this year when we called to have them put our eco water softener and eco whole house filter into our new house. The service person came out with his work order that was an eco water paperwork with our name, address and husband's cell number on it. He told my husband he needed to take the filtering system back to the shop to put on different size connections. A week later still nothing installed, husband calls them and asks what's going on?
