Had an internal valve component fail on my water softener a little over two years in. Not something you expect, but apparently not unheard of with iron-heavy well water. EcoWater corporate was responsive when I reached out, reviewed the situation quickly, and helped cover a portion of the repair cost without making it a fight. They also coordinated smoothly with my local dealer, EcoWater Northwest, to get it handled. The system is back up and running and I have no complaints about how it was handled. Been the worst company to work with. I would never buy from them again. No help after you buy
Clever clever guys. You have the "free" water test kits at Home Depot to take home. Fill the tube with sink water and send it in. There's no water report. They don't even know what you talking about. It's a lead generation to tell you your water sucks and here's our system. It's such bad taste. You fill the form now they have your lead.
Purchased WHIRLPOOL branded water softener from this company. Installed 2/2025. Never worked and tank burst from control system. Contacted company and put through hours of “troubleshooting “ with no results. Company failed to remedy issues, and its representative, also cajoled me, an elderly citizen.
