Clever clever guys. You have the "free" water test kits at Home Depot to take home. Fill the tube with sink water and send it in. There's no water report. They don't even know what you talking about. It's a lead generation to tell you your water sucks and here's our system. It's such bad taste. You fill the form now they have your lead.

Purchased WHIRLPOOL branded water softener from this company. Installed 2/2025. Never worked and tank burst from control system. Contacted company and put through hours of “troubleshooting “ with no results. Company failed to remedy issues, and its representative, also cajoled me, an elderly citizen.

If I could give 0 I would. I absolutely advise you to pick any company but this one. We’ve been with them for over 10+ years. We had an issue called our local servicing, they said they won’t service us anymore. So we called the next closest one. Told the same thing. We then emailed the headquarters… nothing. Spoke to ANOTHER servicer and they were very rude, said they would contact MN. Still nothing and we went with another company. This to me shows that they really don’t care about the customers. Terrible customer service. We called two weeks ago with concerns about our water softener. We were told our concern was escalated and a supervisor would be reaching out to us after the weekend. We didn’t hear anything, so we called back. We were told then that we were still on a call back list. Yet, we still have not received a call. Our water softener isn’t even a year old.
