Had my system install today. I was advertised with a discount for been a military family, but the additional pump that I suppose get for free, it was not installed. And I specifically requested, with or without a charge. But they just gosth me.The costumer service offered by one of the plumbers, it was terrible, seriously regretting hired their services. Please look for a serious company, this guys are just not.
The company states they install throughout Cochise County, but that isn’t accurate. They only service specific locations. It would be helpful if their service area was clearly listed to avoid confusion.

Helpful and informative. I wouldn't wait to call them though they seem to be 30 plus days out in appointments.
