I am not sure I made the right decision purchasing this water softener system. It has only been two years since installation, and I have already experienced several issues with it. For the amount of money I paid, I expected a much more reliable product and better customer support. Unfortunately, I am not 100% satisfied with the system. A company is known for bad customer service or hood customer service. Eco Water has outstanding customer service. A real live person, Rebecca, answered the ohone and was so concerned with my issue. She got me to David, one of the nicest and helpful people I jave been in contact lately. He helped troubleahoot the issue and upon finding the problem scheduled us for the following day. Brad showed up as expected and was full of info as he fixed the problem. Happy customer here!! Thanks to the team
Wonderful Experience! the new system is working great! This system connects to an app. I am able to see how much water I am using. It has been a wonderful experience.
When I made the appointment for service I did not know that I would have a real EcoWater service representative. I asked for a qualified representative because of all the very bad service on my EcoWater system from other representatives including the installation rep. I was delighted when Codie said that he was from EcoWater. It was so refreshing to have someone work on my system that knows the system . Codie is the best . I only wish that a yearly service appointment could be set up . I want to see Codie’s smiling face next... read more
