We are extremely pleased with the service we received from Ecowater in Venice. When our water softener developed problems, Kenny and his company stood behind their product 100%. And instead of just repairing the faulty unit again, they replaced it with a much larger and better unit at no additional cost. Your technician Cody has been able to accomplish what several technicians from multiple companies have not. We are on well water in North Port in our new build in 2023. I had recently wrote a view review the company was not Eco water systems. It was another company. I would like to say Kenny Gibson president of Eco water systems came to my house and was ready to fix and replace and do anything that wasn’t done if it was his system. I’ve recently put in a new system, but had there service & older system. I wrote out a check, they cashed the check, it’s been a week & never came back to finish the job. I will never pay until the job is finished. Very disappointed in this company I’ve had this company for over 10 years didn’t expect them to not come back and finish the job. Today is Sunday.
