Our sales person Shawn was friendly and knowledgeable . He did not try to push us into a decision. The installation crew, Jake and Dave were great ! Friendly and Knowledgeable , their work was done very neat , no mess . Dave is the water expert ! He is very patient and willing to explain his extensive knowledge of the system . Highly recommend this team and EcoWater systems.
Cost effective for filling up your 3gal water containers.
I am not sure I made the right decision purchasing this water softener system. It has only been two years since installation, and I have already experienced several issues with it. For the amount of money I paid, I expected a much more reliable product and better customer support. Unfortunately, I am not 100% satisfied with the system. A company is known for bad customer service or hood customer service. Eco Water has outstanding customer service. A real live person, Rebecca, answered the ohone and was so concerned with my issue. She got me to David, one of the nicest and helpful people I jave been in contact lately. He helped troubleahoot the issue and upon finding the problem scheduled us for the following day. Brad showed up as expected and was full of info as he fixed the problem. Happy customer here!! Thanks to the team
Wonderful Experience! the new system is working great! This system connects to an app. I am able to see how much water I am using. It has been a wonderful experience.
