Friendly, competent, and looks out for you and the well being of your water treatment equipment! Probably not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for.
Run from this company. Over promises and under deliver. Installation technicians don't do a proper job and don't explain well. Book keeper didn't keep good records of what our system has and everyone just dismisses you when you bring up concerns about not having good water. Very good service
Spent over $10K on a water system for my small house. Customer support...poor. Residue covering insides of pots and lids. Person came, looked, disconnected one of the expensive tanks because it "might be losing some of its resin from the inside of the tank into my household water". Asked me to boil more water over the weekend to see if disconnecting the tank solved the problem. I did, call his cell & informed him that I had. No return, no call back, no follow thru. Don't waste your money!
