Terrible, terrible at communication with customers especially via email. Also, horrible at scheduling. Left emails with questions on service and scheduling and never hear back. DO NOT recommend for service.
They test our wells 2 years ago. Said it had bacteria in it and we needed a 2000 dollar UV light. We got the light. Less than a year later the light stopped working. They replaced the ballast. Still did not work. Unfortunately we are very rural. They charge 200 bucks just to drive out here along with an extremely long waiting time between services. We have never known the Light to work. EcoWater was incredibly easy to work with! They came out and tested our water and made recommendations based on those tests. Two days later they were able to install the recommended products. We've been extremely pleased with the quality of our water since the installation. You can absolutely feel and taste the difference. They definitely met all of our expectations and I would absolutely recommend their services.

The Day We Called to Inquire About Well Water Testing & A Filtration System, Steve Was Quick to Come Out to Our Home On a Saturday & Test Both of the Wells On Our Property in Forest City, NC. That Same Visit, Steve Sold Us Our New Whole Home Water Filtration System Which Was Installed This Past Feb 2022. We Finally Have Filtered, Clean, Bacteria Free, & Better Tasting Well Water!
