i will start by saying that i work in customer service, therefore i have a lot of patience and i can tolerate mediocre service while willing to give people the benefit of the doubt. But my experience with this location has been abysmal. I have been trying to schedule service for my Ecowater system for 4 months to no avail. I have called them on Aug 5 and 26, November 26, December 30 and finally this past Monday January 5th. Every single time i get the standard: "We'll call you back" which never happens. Our water had a strong chlorine taste and smell. We live in the Reidville, SC area. Bruce Alexander came to our home and performed a water analysis test and determined that non-electric filtration would be the best solution for our needs. This filtration solution is fantastic! Our water tastes great! And better yet, we no longer need to buy or change filters in the refrigerator and coffee maker. Our purchase was: IOAPF10 non-electric filter. We have a new well and Bruce was able to come test our water the same day I called to inquire about it. I thought it smelled funny, but he tested it and tasted it and actually advised us that while he certainly could sell us a system, we don't really need one. He informed us of the possible options and pricing and we agreed that the small change a system would make to the water doesn't make sense financially. Excellent customer service! We called for an issue and Bruce came out the very next day at the exact time he said he would come. We are having our issue addressed and got a great deal on the product we need. Highly recommended
Terrible, terrible at communication with customers especially via email. Also, horrible at scheduling. Left emails with questions on service and scheduling and never hear back. DO NOT recommend for service.
