We had a great experience with EcoWater. Dom and Jeff were so helpful. The process to install whole house filtration was smooth and easy. We recommend using them.

i will start by saying that i work in customer service, therefore i have a lot of patience and i can tolerate mediocre service while willing to give people the benefit of the doubt. But my experience with this location has been abysmal. I have been trying to schedule service for my Ecowater system for 4 months to no avail. I have called them on Aug 5 and 26, November 26, December 30 and finally this past Monday January 5th. Every single time i get the standard: "We'll call you back" which never happens. Our water had a strong chlorine taste and smell. We live in the Reidville, SC area. Bruce Alexander came to our home and performed a water analysis test and determined that non-electric filtration would be the best solution for our needs. This filtration solution is fantastic! Our water tastes great! And better yet, we no longer need to buy or change filters in the refrigerator and coffee maker. Our purchase was: IOAPF10 non-electric filter.
