My wife was hospitalized at Hillcrest South in Tulsa. When she was discharged and was packing up a family treasure of a tan blanket got mixed up in the laundry. A unit clerk named George and another individual went through the laundry bags looking for the blanket but couldn’t find it. He gave us the name of rep and the company in OKC that processes the laundry for the hospital. Shoot out to Summer for keeping my phone charged so I could track it and Melissa drove one and a half hours to come find it for me. Due to st Mary's regional medical center giving me responses like. I have been here since February and I've never seen your phone. Hmmm it was only missing for 3 days but okay. Obviously no help from them! Thank you ecotex for your diligence my fragile diabetic brother thanks you greatly also!
I’m excited to write this review because Ecotex was so helpful in a time of stress. A family member in the hospital accidentally left a cell phone in the linens and Ecotex not only found it, but charged it, and kept it safe until I could pick it up. They were responsive to voicemails and I never felt like a burden. Highly recommend Ecotex because of superior customer service.
Extremely hot inside but management is nice.
