My issue was bees in my cellar. I was given an appointment in two days. The office alerted me that the technician's arrival would be delayed by one hour. Chris, the "bee man" was efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. His explanations were easily understood and he fully answered my questions. He also advised me to not allow my cat to come in contact or eat the treated bees that still could be found in the cellar. I would recommend your company without hesitation
Customer service is top notch: EcoTech is always very responsive to our needs, customizing a solution that works best for our home. It's also nice they--from the main office to the techs out in the field--provide a human touch/voice to my queries and requests rather than relying on automated systems and webforms.
Eco Tech is the best. They were prompt , courteous and knowledgeable. Chris explained every step and was very friendly Highly recommend and will definitely use them again when we need to

Chris couldn't have been more helpful. He explained as he went along, inspected thoroughly and described the process. I felt very comfortable leaving it in his hands and would definitely recommend EcoTech to my friends and family.
