NOTHING was done that I requested. And then Cameron lied about treating the area of my back porch when I have video from our security cameras showing he never went on the back porch. I spoke to at least 6 different reps of this company that day explaining in detail what needed to be done and no one could get it right. I will not do business with people that will lie to me. And then you have had the temerity to charge me for a service I did not receive. Absolutely the worst.
Sales people completely disregard no soliciting signs and cannot understand what the word no means. I am happy with my current pest control, but even if I were looking to switch, I would not consider this company because of their pushy sales tactics.
I'm sure their service is great with the way their driver drove down the center lane of MLK to bypass traffic and stop lights this morning.
Chase and his colleague did a wonderful job on our bi-monthly service today. Always courteous and careful because of our dogs and even found a potential wasp nest under our shingles that we've clearly been overlooking.
