Work was expressly contingent on treating carpenter bees on the initial service and following services. Spent 30 minutes clarifying this with the salesperson and the manager. The next day the technician showed up and did not know he was supposed to treat for bees, he did not have the correct equipment and the work did not get completed as agreed.
