A gentleman stopped by and cold buzzed my house while I was in the middle of a work meeting. He explained how he is doing work in the area and pointed out things he can work on for my house. I told him to leave a card because I am in the middle of a meeting. He said ok then proceeded to spend the next five minutes continuing talking about what a great deal he can give me.
