I just spoke with customer service, Belle and was very surprised to be on the phone with someone that may or may not be an American or in America. This was a disappointment to me. I think customer service agents should be in the country in which their customers live. However, regardless of my personal preference, Belle did an excellent job of understanding my request & took the steps to contact the local office for handling the request I need.
