Horrible company. Scheduling is nothing like they promised. I can not get a hold of anyone at the local office to schedule. They tell you when they are scheduling your monthly service, at their convenience, and often send text the night before for the next morning even though they are supposed to schedule WITH you for when you can be home for inside or backyard service. They have no care or concern for customers or scheduling. In addition, last two services have been not adequate as there are issues and pests not eliminated.... read more
This people is an absolutely scam company, when comes to their service and costumer service is even worse!!! They knocked on my door, promise there was no contracts, no fee for cancellation and when I called and texted to cancel not only no one was available to help me they kept charging on my credit card without my authorization after I spoken with someone!!!
