Thomas McLain came out to my home today and was wonderful, he was extremely patient with me while managing my 5 pups and very professional while inspecting the property inside the house and the outside (in the middle of remodel, disaster) he also let me know the additional services I’d be needed, (ugh) and let me know that those could be done by echo shield, thank goodness! We’ve been EcoShield customers for about two years, using their quarterly pest control service — but a recent experience has completely changed our opinion of this company. Last month, their technician arrived early to a scheduled appointment, even though we had called ahead to make it clear we would not be home BEFORE the confirmed time. We were told a note would be added to our account instructing the technician to wait if he arrived early.
