Brandon took the time to cover and look over my entire property which is rather large. He noted areas where there were ant hills which I hadn’t noticed myself. Service provided by technician very satisfying; however, scheduling department does not pay attention to detail and informing technician on time of service to a unique situation. This is not first occurrence of this nature. This leaves the technician to bear the burden of an upset customer who has spent a good sum to your company.
